I have thought for some time what I might call this book. "The Last Self-Help Book You'll Ever Need" came to mind, but I thought it was too long and wordy. So, I will simply call it "The Book."

Please, understand that I am not a professional counselor. What you find in this book are thoughts and ideas I have developed over the years, mostly when dealing with my own bouts of depression. Not every idea is original, but the way these ideas are presented is new and mine alone.
